We have an array of both indoor and outdoor ways to play and have fun! Across all our properties, we provide plenty of outdoor options as we provide yard games, firepit areas, and plenty of yard space. In addition, you’ll find a vast collection of board games, books, video games consoles, and even shuffleboard and ping pong tables!
Our kitchens come fully stocked. We have all the gadgets and utensils you need to whip up an amazing family dinner! In addition, we have BBQ grills at all our properties. Have a coffee enthusiast in the group? There is a wide array of brewing up coffee just the way they like.
The minimum age requirement to book is 23 years old. We do not allow third party bookings (bookings where someone else books for another guest, and will not be present at check-in)
All parking at our homes is plentiful, and free! We do need to get a car count ahead of time, as regulations require no cars are parked on the street.
Yes, at our homes there is a $100 non-refundable deposit for each dog. This is good for the entirety of the stay. We generally cap out at 2 dogs, however, we know how important these extensions of family and take on each situation on case by case basis. We will be happy to consider more than 2 pets just send us a message.
We have dog wash stations at all our properties. Also provided are dog towels, food and water bowls, dog treats, and plenty of grass for your pups to play. We also provide kennels so you can be sure your dogs are safe and secure when you are not home.
No. There are no parties allowed at our properties. In addition, there are quiet hours on 10 pm weekdays and 12 pm on weekdays. Our homes are hand-picked to be in pristine residential areas, and we wish to respect our neighbors who work and live in this community.
Yes, depending on the time of year and distance to check-in, there are minimum stay restrictions. The dynamic calendar will allow you to see whether we can accommodate your dates.
Yes! Our homes all have free washers and dryers. We provide starter packs pods for the dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen and bathroom supplies. We know after a long day of traveling the last thing you want to do is run to the convenience store!
We know traveling with young children can be difficult. We have provided child’s silverware, cupware, high chairs that fold into multiple positions, pack n plays, and even child gate’s to block stairways.
We have fire extinguishers at all our homes. Additionally, there are automatic lights to brighten up the walkways when overhead lights are off. In addition, we have safety lights across the properties that should the power go off, automatically turn. These can be removed from the outlet and used as flashlights and have their own power supply.
There are cameras that are in public facing spaces only. Overhead floodlight cameras overlook the driveways, and there are doorbell cameras. This, primarily, is for your safety. There are no cameras inside or in any private spaces.
Yes! Our properties have blazing fast internet (500mbps+!) and have dedicated work areas with a desk and power outlets so you can plug in and do what you need to do before getting back out to the beach.
All our properties have Roku TVs. When you turn it on, you will be asked to set your checkout date so any apps you have logged into will be automatically logged out. There is some live TV channels and free channels available, but any application you use to stream at home can be used on the Roku. All you need to do is login to the app on the Roku and you can catch up right where you left with your favorite TV shows and movies.
